I believe resistance comes in all shapes and sizes. But the one thing I do believe is that, as long as the focus is on the individual, nothing will change. Collective action is required to change governmental administrations and to resist corporations. My disappointment in society is that, when I act against injustices, I feel no support. It’s as if everyone is so concerned with their own individual problems, Facebook profiles, creation of identity and faux ‘individuality’, that they forget the power of an informed and aware society with a collective conscience.
