Freedom of information and Arab regimes
Here are my two or three pence:
- freedom of information: I’m sure you’re aware of the copyleft movement and you’ve already interviewed the wikileaks peeps. Two more people to consider seriously would be:
* the Pirate Bay: the Swedish hackers with more misfit on their mind than social change suddenly found themselves to be at the forefront of the social and legal battle to free information. Not going to bother you with info you probably know- their politics are fickle (they ran for Swedish elections and said they’d side with whomever supported them the most, left, centre or right), they tried to start their own country (they wouldn’t sell them the island they petitioned for), and have survived numerous…
